Providing high quality flooring surfaces to the architectural community has been my life's work. We worked as prime contractors with Macy's, Bloomingdales and other department stores throughout the country. About 15 years ago we contracted with Bloomingdales to do the interior of their new Palm Beach Gardens facility including one department with Terrazzo. We hired the best Terrazzo contractor in town to do the work. When I saw terrazzo being done for the first time, I couldn't stop thinking about the potential of this incredible medium, so I bought the terrazzo operation. We had great technicians, did most of the prestigious work in our area, but now we had something that could give Artistic Surfaces the opportunity to be Artistic and really unique. Since that day, we have expanded our horizons, stretching the envelope of expertise, creating new ways to improve on the time tested methods of terrazzo patriarchs. We are the "new kids on the block". New kids with open minds and new ideas, willing and committed to creating signature art floor surfaces for our clients.
